Service Description
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. There is no deep bodywork being done, this is just a relaxing full body massage.
Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to the therapist and also means my other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason a 100% payment of the service fee is required to book the appointment. THIS IS NON-REFUNABLE. If you cancel with a 24 hour notice or reschedule with a 24 hour notice, the payment will be put toward your next appointment as long as it is within 14 days of the original appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice or are a no show, the deposit will be kept and future bookings may be affected. I reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book appointments so that appropriate fess may be charged. I understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea with 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. I will do our best to give advanced notice if I am closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and I ask that you do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to an emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally result in payment being put toward a rescheduled appointment.
