My mission is to provide a pathway to wellness by fostering a relaxing and holistic environment through therapeutic massage and bodywork while supporting you in your healing journey. My focus is to provide natural and holistic solutions while educating you to help you live a healthy and happy life.
Thank you for considering making Mindful Bodywork part of your wellness routine and healing journey. Mindful Bodywork is an in studio and a mobile massage business based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.When you book a session with Mindful Bodywork you are supporting a single mom following her passion and working hard to give her daughter a great role model.
When you book a 60 minute massage you get a full 60 minute massage. I do not cut the session short to allow time for intake or to set-up and break down. With that being said your session with me will be longer than the booked time, so please allow extra time in your day. This is not a rushed process, it's about slowing down and letting the tension and stress melt away, so the body can start to heal. I ask all my mobile massage clients to allow me 10-15 minutes for set up and 10-15 minutes for break down.
Please give your self time before our session starts to ground yourself, set a treatment intention/goal, and practice a little bit of breath work so the body can get into relaxation mode.
Policies
Payment Policy
The full amount of your service fee is required at time of booking to reserve that booking time. Your session is not resevered for your booking time until full payment is recieved, or unless other arrangments have been made. Payments are made through Venmo @msmader
Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience and also means my other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. If you cancel with a 24 hour notice or reschedule with a 24 hour notice, the service fee will be put toward a future appointment as long as that appointment is made within 30 days of the original appointment. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice or do not answer when I arrive, the service fee will be kept and WILL NOT be put toward a future appointment. I reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book appointments so that appropriate fess may be charged.
I understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea with 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations.
Inappropriate Behavior
Massage therapy is for relaxation, tension/trauma release, healing and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
